About WaterLink

Why we started

We looked at how people in Dubai order water tankers and found the same problems again and again: prices nobody would publish, delivery times nobody could keep, minimum orders of 1,000 gallons, and no way to know if the truck that brought your sweet water carried salt water yesterday.

WaterLink is built around fixing those: today’s price before we dispatch, honest arrival times, orders from 200 gallons, and a tanker that only ever carries sweet water. We start deliveries in December 2026.

The WaterLink team

WaterLink is run by a small Dubai team covering sales, customer service and operations. We answer WhatsApp and phone ourselves, 24/7, in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi.

The truck

• Capacity: 2,500 gallons (US gallons)
• Water: sweet water only — never salt or waste water
• Filled at: an approved sweet water filling station

Our partner network

For loads bigger than our truck (5,000 and 10,000 gallons), for busy days, and for all salt (non-potable) water, we work with vetted partner tankers. Salt water always comes in a separate partner tanker, as Dubai Municipality's sweet water rules require. You still deal with us: one price, one contact, one receipt.

Who operates WaterLink

The operating company's name appears on every invoice and receipt.

Not the jet-car company

WaterLink water tanker delivery is not connected with any water-sports business. If you're looking for jet-car rentals, that's a different company.
