Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data WaterLink (the company that operates WaterLink) collects, why, and your rights under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
- Order details you give us: area or location, quantity, timing, tank type, access notes, name and phone number.
- WhatsApp and phone conversations about your order.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers: ad click IDs (such as gclid or fbclid), campaign tags (UTM), the page you landed on, and cookies set by Google and Meta — only with your consent where required.
Why we use it
- To quote, deliver and invoice your order.
- To measure which ads lead to real orders, so we spend less on ads that don't work. We may send a hashed (scrambled) phone number and order value to Google Ads and Meta for this.
- To ask for a review after delivery.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as UAE accounting law requires. Advertising identifiers are kept for up to 90 days in your browser and up to 12 months in our records.
Who we share it with
Partner tanker operators (only what they need to deliver your order), Google and Meta (for ad measurement), and our CRM and messaging providers. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing water.tank.971@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Cookies
We use a small cookie (wl_attr) to remember how you found us, and Google analytics and advertising cookies to measure our ads. You can switch these off at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
