No water in villa? Check these first
- Call DEWA on 991 (or check the DEWA app) to see if there’s a supply outage in your area.
- Check the tank level. If the underground tank is empty, mains supply may be off or too weak to refill it.
- Check the pump. If the tank has water but the taps don’t, the booster pump or float valve may have failed — call a plumber, not a tanker.
If the tank is empty and mains water won’t be back soon, order a tanker: we deliver 24/7 and typically arrive in about 1 hour. Full checklist: No water in your villa? What to do in the next hour.
When villas and buildings need a tanker
- DEWA supply outages — planned maintenance or an unexpected interruption.
- Pipe bursts or leaks that drain the tank before repairs finish.
- Low pressure that stops the tank refilling overnight.
- After tank cleaning — the tank is emptied and needs refilling the same day.
- Moving in to a villa where the tank has been empty for months.
Underground vs rooftop tanks
Most Dubai villas have an underground (ground) tank fed by the mains and a pump that lifts water to a rooftop tank, which feeds the taps by gravity. A tanker normally fills the underground tank through its inlet. Tell us where your inlet is and how far it is from where a truck can park, so we bring the right hose length.
How the refill works
- Send your area, tank type and rough size on WhatsApp.
- We confirm today’s price and a realistic arrival time.
- The tanker arrives, fills your tank, and you pay. We message you when the truck leaves.
