Cancellation Policy
Updated
Plans change. Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible and quote your order reference.
Before the tanker is dispatched
Free. You can cancel or reschedule at no charge until we confirm the tanker has left for your address.
After the tanker is dispatched
The truck has already been filled with sweet water and is on the road, so a charge applies:
- Cancelled while the truck is on the way: 50% of the order price.
- Truck arrives but can't deliver because of something on the customer's side (no gate pass, tank not reachable, nobody on site): the full order price.
- Rescheduling after dispatch is treated as a cancellation plus a new order.
If the problem is on our side
If we cancel, or we can't deliver the agreed quantity, you pay nothing for the undelivered water. If you've paid in advance by bank transfer, we refund it in full.
Scheduled and business supply
Change or skip a scheduled delivery with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Shorter notice follows the rules above. Contract-specific terms are agreed in writing.
Payment
We accept cash or bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT.
