Scheduled Weekly & Monthly Water Supply in Dubai

How does a scheduled water supply contract work?

You agree a fixed volume and delivery slot — for example 2,500 gallons every Monday morning — and WaterLink delivers on that schedule without you having to reorder. You get one consolidated monthly invoice and priority when supply outages hit. It suits car washes, camps, sites, buildings and villas that top up regularly.

Frequently asked questions

Who uses scheduled supply?
Car washes, cafeterias, labour camps, winter camps and events, construction sites, buildings without reliable pressure, and villas with pools that need regular top-ups.
Is it cheaper than ordering each time?
Regular routes are easier to plan, so we can usually offer a better rate than one-off orders. We quote per contract.
Can I change the schedule?
Yes, with notice. We agree the notice period and any minimum term when we set up the plan.
Do I get priority in an outage?
Yes. When many people need water at once, contract customers are served first.
