How do I order a water tanker?
Send your area, quantity and when you need it on WhatsApp — or use the order form, which writes the message for you. We reply with today’s price and arrival time.
What information do you need?
Your area or location pin, how much water (or your tank/pool size), when you need it, the tank type (underground, rooftop, pool) and any access rules like gate passes.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call +971 52 954 4015. WhatsApp is usually faster because you can send your location pin.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Not yet. We deliver across Dubai only.
What is the smallest order?
200 gallons. Most tanker companies start at 1,000.
Prices & payment
How much does a water tanker cost?
It changes from day to day with sweet water supply and demand, plus tanker size, distance and timing. Send your area and quantity on WhatsApp for today’s delivered price. See how pricing works.
Why is the price different from last time?
Because sweet water supply changes. When filling stations are short, every supplier pays more and prices rise; when supply recovers, they fall. The price we quote is for today, and it is fixed for your order once you confirm.
Does the price include delivery?
Yes. Our price is the total delivered price, confirmed before dispatch.
When do I pay?
After the water is delivered. We accept cash or bank transfer.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, every order gets a receipt or invoice.
Can there be extra charges at the gate?
No. If something changes the price (for example a much longer hose run than described), we tell you and agree it before continuing.
Water quality
What is sweet water?
The Gulf term for fresh, potable water (tanker water for your tank, not bottled water). See sweet vs salt water.
Is the water safe to drink?
Our tanker carries sweet water only and is filled at an approved station, as Dubai Municipality requires. See water quality.
Can I see where the water came from?
Yes. Ask for a photo of the filling receipt for your load.
Do you carry salt water in the same truck?
Never. Salt water comes in separate partner tankers.
Delivery & access
How fast can you deliver?
We deliver 24/7 across Dubai. Typical arrival is about 1 hour. We confirm a realistic time based on the truck's location and road restrictions.
Are you open 24/7?
Yes. We take orders and deliver 24/7, day and night.
Why might arrival take longer than 1 hour?
Heavy trucks are banned from some main roads at certain times (for example Sheikh Zayed Road, 6 am–10 pm, from 1 October 2026). If that affects your delivery, we tell you the real arrival time before we dispatch.
Can you enter gated communities?
Yes. Tell security a water tanker is coming, and arrange a gate pass if your community needs one.
How far can the hose reach?
Tell us the distance from the road to your tank inlet when you order and we confirm.
Will I know when the truck is on the way?
Yes. We message you on WhatsApp when the truck leaves.
Pools
How many loads to fill my pool?
Length × width × average depth (m) gives cubic metres; one 2,500 US-gallon load is about 9.5 m³. Use the pool calculator.
Do you add pool chemicals?
No. We deliver water; your pool company balances the chemicals after the fill.
Can you top up a pool in summer?
Yes, from 200 gallons.

Do you offer monthly contracts?
