These terms apply to water deliveries ordered from WaterLink.
Quotes
We confirm today’s delivered price on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch. The price is based on the quantity, location, timing and access you describe. If conditions on arrival are materially different (for example a much longer hose run), we agree any change with you before continuing.
Arrival times
Arrival times are estimates. Heavy-vehicle road restrictions, traffic and community access rules can cause delays; we keep you updated.
Access
You are responsible for arranging gate passes or permits your community or site requires, and for safe access to the tank or pool.
Water types
Sweet water is delivered in a sweet-water-only tanker. Salt (non-potable) water is delivered by separate partner tankers and must not be used for drinking, pools or concrete.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery unless you have a business account with agreed terms. We accept cash or bank transfer.
